My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with clean sheets and towels. The staff were incredibly helpful and a delight to interact with. However, there was a minor issue with leaked water on the right side of the double bed.

My stay on the 7th floor was nice and comfy with clean sheets all the time. The room is cozy and comfortable with clean sheets and towels. However, although the fridge is fully stocked, it's better to buy your own stuff and take it back to your room.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room was beautiful and incredibly comfy with a balcony to enjoy the views, although it did feel a bit outdated. The price wasn't exactly cheap, but the comfort made up for it. The service was a little hit and miss, with the manager showing up briefly but disappearing quickly. On the bright side, room service was top-notch. The location, right in the center of the city at Fuente Osmena Circle, was convenient for strolling to nearby establishments, even though cleanliness and safety could be better compared to other cities. The dining experience was a delightful mix of Filipino and American dishes, although it wasn't as good as before. The hotel facilities were decent, but there's room for improvement.
